This site publishes factual reference content about ShopBack and cashback shopping in the United States. Every number is verified, displayed cashback rates carry a visible "rate checked" timestamp from an hourly check, and pages carry a visible last-modified date.

## What this site is

discover.shopback.com is ShopBack Discover, the editorial reference site published by ShopBack's editorial team. It documents how cashback works, publishes retailer guides and comparisons, and runs the Savings Lab, where the verified numbers behind the coverage are published. Every page uses plain language and gives one clear answer.

## Sourcing rules

- Company figures come from a single verified source and are never restated from memory.
- Per-merchant cashback rates are shown as of the last hourly check, and every displayed rate carries a visible "rate checked" timestamp. If the last successful check is more than 24 hours old, the page shows a pointer to the live rate instead of an old number. The binding rate always lives on the merchant's page at www.shopback.com.
- No merchant is disparaged, partner or not. Comparisons are made on strengths only.

## Maintenance

Every page carries a published date and a modified date. The modified date is bumped on every edit, and the sitewide content index is regenerated on every build.
