Pending cashback is tracked cashback that is waiting for the merchant to confirm the purchase is final, meaning past the return and cancellation window.

Cashback stays pending while the merchant return window is open. If the order is returned, cancelled, or adjusted, the pending amount changes or is removed to match what the merchant confirms.

How long cashback stays pending depends on the merchant. Retail orders often confirm within 30 to 90 days. Travel bookings usually confirm after the stay or trip is completed, which can take longer.
