Tracked cashback is a purchase that ShopBack has detected and recorded against the shopper account, usually within 48 hours of the order.

After a purchase through an activated shopping trip, the merchant reports the order to ShopBack. When that report arrives, the purchase shows in the account as tracked, with an estimated cashback amount and a pending status.

Most purchases track within 48 hours. If an order has not appeared after that window, the shopper can file a missing cashback claim with the order details.
