Once a merchant verifies that an order was completed and kept, the cashback moves from pending to confirmed. The amount is now fixed and counts toward the withdrawable balance.
Confirmed cashback becomes withdrawable according to the payout rules shown in the shopper account. From there it can be transferred out to a bank account or PayPal.
