How we build trust.
Editorial pages identify their authors and dates. Load-bearing figures are tied to a source of record, and displayed merchant rates carry a visible check time. If rate data is not fresh enough to represent the current offer, the page points readers to the live ShopBack merchant page instead of presenting an old rate as current.
ShopBack funds the publication, but merchants cannot pay for inclusion, ranking, or favourable coverage. Material commercial context is disclosed on the relevant page, and the editorial policy explains the sourcing and correction standards.
Safer account and shopping habits.
Use the official ShopBack website or app for sign-in, Cashback activation, account balances, and withdrawals. Do not share a password or one-time code with anyone claiming to represent ShopBack through email, text, phone, or social media.
Before a purchase, start at ShopBack, review the current merchant terms, and keep the checkout session on the official merchant domain. A Cashback referral is not a guarantee that an order will qualify: exclusions, cancellations, returns, and merchant tracking rules still apply.
