Every merchant sets its own cashback terms. Common exclusions include gift card purchases, taxes and shipping fees, certain brands or categories, and orders paid partly with store credit or points.
Exclusions are listed on each merchant page at www.shopback.com. Checking them before checkout is the fastest way to avoid a purchase that tracks at a lower amount or not at all.
