Withdrawable cashback is the spendable end state of the cashback lifecycle: tracked, then pending, then confirmed, then withdrawable. In the US, withdrawals go to a linked bank account or PayPal.
There is no expiry pressure to spend it inside ShopBack. The balance stays available until the shopper chooses to withdraw it.
